6/17/24 - I would highly recommend Haven’s Inspections. Jon was right on time for the scheduled inspection. He carefully and thoroughly went about the inspection. At the end he walked me through the major items he noted making suggestions along the way. The report we received was kind of amazing. It was interactive, well organized, illustrated with pictures and noted suggested solutions with links included. Where some similar reports have just made me feel overwhelmed with problems, this spelled out issues and suggestions making them feel very approachable.

Whether you are buying, selling or just wondering how the investment of your house is fairing I’d say can count on Havens Inspections. We have lived in our 115 year old house for 30 years and wanted to get input on some known maintenance issues and also a baseline on the rest. I was pleased and impressed with every part of the process. From initial contact through follow up Jon was the best. Friendly without being overly chatty, pointing out issues without making me feel like a bad homeowner and providing a final report defining all items summarized in four areas of increasing need of attention. Next time I need home inspection I already know I’ll call Jon.
