A home inspection and report that includes all of the above and additionally:
Closer inspection of roof by walking or with a drone
Inspect the interior of the electrical panel box, when possible
Inspect the interior of the furnace and blower compartment
Test condensation pump and drain
Run all appliances
Report life expectancy of mechanical appliances
Check all cabinets and drawers
Operate gas fireplace inserts, when possible
Identify the R-value of insulation material
Functional flow test for bathroom plumbing fixtures
Inspect portable window or through-wall units
Condo Inspection - $165
Similar to a basic home inspection but excludes the building’s exterior.
